How to Get Away With Being a Jerk: Warriors Edition

In Warriors, no one is perfect (no, not even Firestar). Everybody acts like a jerk, everybody gets pissed, everybody does something bad at one point. However, that does not mean cats in this world can go on a killing/stealing/maiming rampage, because that is against their laws and will land them in the Place of No Stars, aka the Dark Forest, aka cat hell. Which means they live their afterlife in a place that is basically torture. No food, no scratching post, no cat toys . . .

    Wait, that's kittypet hell.

    Back on track.

StarClan punishes those who do wrong, but StarClan is not the equivalent of God. God is wise and all-knowing. StarClan is full of cats who don't become omni-benevolent upon asce…

    What if Tadpole had lived.

    February 17, 2018 by Mellowix

This is going off of my previous post, I briefly touched upon the topic of Tadpole living but didn't go into much detail, due it being it's very own topic. So might as well be it's own post.  For those who don't know, Tadpole is Hawkfrost's and Mothwing's brother, who ended up drowning as a kit in the Sasha manga, he never appears in the main arcs, not even mentioned.

In the manga, he was the strongest in his litter and constantly encouraging others, having the most upbeat attitude out of his family. Here's a quote from him, "Climb! Climb! You can do it! Hawk, get up onto the sill! Moth, keep going! You can make it, I know you can!". Though it's noteworthy, he's too young to display any truly unique personality traits, just your generic ki…

Okay, I was rereading Into the Wild and Fire and Ice, and from what it says on the wiki, Brightheart, Cinderpelt, Thornclaw and Brackemfur were the ones stolen by ShadowClan. And it seems to be inferred that a tabby was hurt, Brackenfur or Thornclaw and that there was a gray kit meant to show Cinderpelt. And it was Frostfur’s kits that were missing. But I was talking to a friend the other day, and they said that they thought it had been Ashfur, Ferncloud and their two siblings. And, in Fire and Ice, Cinderpelt mentions that the ShadowClan scent was on the kits he rescued, making me think it wasn’t her and her litter mates. I’m pretty sure it was Cinderpelt and her littermates, but can someone clear this up?

    Improving Sol's character.

    February 5, 2018 by Mellowix

-Hollyleaf is a part of the three in this version and Power of Three and Omen of the Stars are merged into one. Ivypool and Dovewing could still exist, but not as main characters. Maybe Ivypool is apprenticed to Hollyleaf instead of Cinderheart, having a completely different teaching method to Liionblaze. Could be used as a way to show the contrast between the two siblings.

    - All supernatural craziness would be tuned down.  Rock and Jayfeather going back in time to the ancients is dropped as well as Midnight the talking badger spirit. And Starclan and Dark Forest cats can't physically appear in the real world. (But Jayfeather may keep his stick, but only as a running gag.)

-Hollyleaf's power: she can make herself completely undetectable, ev…

    Retracing the Sun Trail

    February 3, 2018 by SwiftManor

I was rereading Moonrise and when Stormfur said ‘now the rising sun would guide them home’ I realised that was exactly what happened in the Sun Trail when they followed the rising sun to guide them to a new home. This means that when Brambleclaw and the others returned to the forest, they were once again following the sun trail, which I find really cool. It got me thinking, are there any other instances where something that happened in Dawn of the Clans is kind of repeated or referenced in the main series?

Millie, mother to Graystripe's most recent kits, Briarlight, Blossomfall, and Bumblestripe, is often judged as somewhat cruel due to the lack of love she gives to Blossomfall and Bumblestripe. I can assure you all that Millie is anything but cruel or unkind.

My first reason is that Millie just wants the best for her kits and is afraid of something happening to her two other kits beside Briarlight, Blossomfall and Bumblestripe. Millie is scared that her other kits will become badly injured just like Briarlight. It would be bad enough having one kit without a key function, let alone two or three. She would know that her kits would not be able to continue carrying out the duties of a warrior and helping the Clan. Millie thinks that the other C…

Warning: this is my opinion you may not feel the same way

Ok Moonflower goes into the medicine cat supplies trying to destroy them hawkheart atacks her this is okay so far. MILLION DOLLAR MISTAKE he kills her! It is against the warrior code to kill in battle onless they are a) outside the warrior code, b) badger or fox, or c) it is for self defense. Moonflower is not a badger or fox it definitely was not for self defense now maybe he thought she was outside the warrior code but killing is a little extreme. It even says in the medicine cat code the medicine cats are outside of clan rivalries so the question is why is hawkheart in starclan, because he is a medicine cat? Seriously the fact that his name is hawkheart is ironic.

(Yes, I'm affair that Su's Dark Forest cats are no longer considered cannon but I've had this idea in my head for awhile now, so it would be waste not to share it.)

Well, Su claims that Lilywhisker went to the Dark Forest because 'she couldn't accept her fate after her hind leg was broken'.  However, I like to think this isn't actually the reason but simply the motivation, on what later caused her to do the horrible things that sent her to the Dark Forest.

And there's even some evidence supporting it. Here's the opening of Badgerfang's story in the "Code of the Clans" and only appearance of his killer: "The Windclan warrior sprang with his claws unsheathed, and the little black-and-white cat fell to the ground without making a sound. A trick…

    Faded Cats.

    January 12, 2018 by Mellowix

So I was looking into theories about Fading away in the Warrior cats series like; They're in a 2nd Starclan, They don't exist anymore etc. But I wasn't satisfied with any of them, so I was like "I'll just make one of my own!". And here we are! It's a bit complex but hopefully, you'll be able to understand it.
If you don't understand anything, just ask.

A faded-cat is a spirit in their purest form. They can not physically affect the world around them in any way, neither can things like gravity affect them either. All cats, no matter who they are will eventually become faded. A cat becomes faded once they are completely forgotten or being given fetal wound as a non-faded spirit, which simply speeds up the process. Being a faded cat is like b…
