Lily is a cream-colored she-cat with brown legs, brown ears, a brown muzzle, a brown tail, and brilliant blue eyes.

[edit] Super Edition: Firestar's Quest
- She and her sister, Rose, are kittypets that only appears in Firestar's Quest. Firestar mentions that he has never seen cats with their coat color (or a Siamese) before. He tries to convince them to join SkyClan, but the two cats appear to be very spoiled. Lily says the story is amazing, but expresses shock that Cherry could think that Lily and her sister could sleep in a cave without blankets, and no creamed chicken.
- Both she and her sister then fall back asleep as the Clan cats leave. Firestar doesn't consider it much of a loss, but says nothing in case they are still listening.
