- Pebbleheart is an ancient ShadowClan medicine cat.
- Pebbleheart was the first ShadowClan medicine cat. When StarClan are telling Mothflight who are to be the medicine cats of the Clans, he snarls in his sleep when one of the StarClan warriors prods him.
- He is described as selfless, caring, and desperate to help his Clanmates with any problems. He discovered that the rats inhabiting Carrionplace were sources of infection. Ironically, he was infected by one of the rats, which caused his death.
