Hi! I'm Ducksplash, but you can call me Duck or Ducksauce. I am currently a rollback and chat moderator of this wonderful wiki, and I greatly enjoy my time here. I am also the deputy of Project:Characters and Project:World, and a warrior of Project:Books, Project:Charart, and Project:Reality. If you need anything feel free to ask! =D

My Wikian Experience

I honestly do not remember when I found this wiki, but it was sometime in the fall months of 2011. But just seeing the wiki dumbfounded me, it was so big and it had so much information that it intimidated me. But in December of that year I decided to join, I was, at first, a total n00b, making not very good edits, spamming characters' talk pages, and getting warnings on my talk page. I decided that I didn't like the wiki and I left, leaving the whole wikia system from January of 2012 to around February 2012. I came back to wikia, and started writing fanfiction and roleplaying. I was still using this wiki to look up info, though. So, one day I decided to come back, I started looking into the rules and I realized that all of those rules were there for a reason, so I decided to re-join. I credit the projects to my stay here, once I started joining them and becoming active in them, I grew to love the wiki and I started gaining more and more edits and more and more experience, until one day in July 2012 'teldy nominated me for senior warrior status in PC I was surprised , because I still viewed myself as a total n00b, but ecstatic when my vote passed with all yay votes. In September of that same year, I was asked to become deputy of PC I accepted, and I'm still in that position. I applied for rollback status in December 2012 and was accepted as one, therefore being given rollback and chat moderator rights. In March 2013 I was asked to be deputy of PW and I accepted. So, that's where I am now in my wiki experience, and remember, never get discouraged at the wiki for it's rules like I did, for every rule is there for a reason and those rules, along with our wonderful Staff, keep the wiki running smoothly and efficiently. =)
