CBAingEdit

Hey, Iceheart.

Since we have so many chararts that we're gonna have to get through, I was thinking that if the leads see a charart that it so stunning or something that going through CBA process would be just a waste of time, I was thinking that we could forgo it to save some time and open up some more space. Sure thing! 12 hours sounds fine for redone apprentices since we have so many to get through. Also, I remember that you brought this idea up earlier. That if a charart has been through a CBA once but got interrupted, we can just go and approve it when the changes have been made. Hey Icy, I was thinking, could we get the whole assigning mentors when nobody volunteers thing a bit more organized? Some requests have sat for a while before with nobody volunteering or assigning them a mentor. Could we get a set time when you can assign them somebody, like maybe 2 days, and have maybe more than just you and Scarlet assigning people? I did because, frankly, I haven't tried something this big yet and I was ignorant of the proper procedure. The vote is still helpful, though, because it shows that the project does need to work on a system like this, but that the one I've currently proposed is not quite ready. When the vote is over I shall open a new forum for the project to post on to work on building and perfecting a system. It may take a long time, months even, but PCA needs to do this right. Slow Down Edit

Okay, Iceheart, I get that you're under pressure with the large amount of work PCA has to do right now, but get one thing straight.

You need to slow down. We've already changed the rules to accommodate the blank changes. Things are moving smoothly and quickly. No need to rush it more. When it's over rushed, things will be done poorly.

Today you approved three images pre-maturely and tried to decline one too soon just to get your chararts up. Is that behavior befitting the leader of PCA? I think not. I won't undo the chararts you approved as they seem done to me, but that was not a wise thing to do as leader, ignoring the rules you are meant to help enforce.

Hey Iceheart, on my charart I'm doing Quailflight left me a message and I was confused at little, so I need some tips.

said that there's waste on the haunch and it looks flat? What is the waste and why does it look "flat." I really confused there. Also there was a thing about define-ing shading. How do I do that on gimp? and there was this thing that she metioned called guassin blur or something like that. Again, how do you do that on gimp?
