Userboxes are small templates that users place on their Userpage (or a sub-page of their userpage) to indicate some affiliation, point of view, or other fact about themselves. The Userboxes displayed on this page are official ones, but a number of unofficial Userboxes are hosted as Subpages of various Userpages.

Join the Project
If you wish to join, please leave a message on the Talk Page, telling about your experience in editing. Those who are skilled with wiki code and have edits in the Template namespace, will be appointed as Warriors. Other users will start out as Apprentices and promoted when they have the necessary skill. For any kind of help or training you can ask the Leader or any of the Warriors of the project.
Guidelines
Ideas for additional Userboxes (or modification of existing ones) should be posted on the Talk Page. Please suggest only those you really consider important and would like to use on your profile (or believe that many people would use it) - no reason to invest our time in making lots of unnecessary templates.
If you created a new userbox (either in your Userspace or as a Template), please post it on the Talk page. If several users are interested in it, it will be made Official and listed here. If not, you can list it with the other Unofficial userboxes here.
For new (and existing) boxes, a size of 250 x 54 pixels is recommended, to match with (most) of the existing ones. If a userbox turns out too large, remove some of the text, reduce the font size, or reduce the picture size (if any).
Consider linking images from wikipedia or other wikias instead of uploading it to this wikia when possible. This is to keep the number of images low, and especially avoid uploading images for userboxes that get declined.
Restrictions: We do not wish to create or accept userboxes showcasing religious and political views and affiliations, or those that can be perceived as an attack on individuals or groups.
