Next Content Drive[]
- So, we haven't had a formal content drive in a little while- I put up the TFA characters one quite a while ago, and by now most characters have their history filled in. (It didn't have a lot of emphasis on it anyway...) So I think it's time we picked our next Content Drive. Personally, I'd like to do Cinderpelt- Since we just were forced to demote her from Gold, it'd be nice to be able to work her back up to the standard again. I agree. Cinderpelt should be next. But what will happen after that? If everybody is working on her, she going to get back up pretty quickly. How about the main characters of the Original series? Well, that's worth considering, but I think we could spend one or two weeks working on individual articles and get them pretty much Gold-ready, and just switch whenever they're done. I don't think we'll make as much progress on any of them if there are multiple ones. (Which is why the last one knda failed XD) I realize now that the point of the Content drive is to focus everything on one article. It's a good idea though, to do some other OS characters after her, since a lot of them could easily be pushed up to Gold level with a bit of work (of course some need to be featured, but yeah...) All right, I cleaned up her history a fair bit (It was horribly messy!) but I still think she needs a bit more history added for TNP, with more individual appearances listed rather than generalization. The only book of TNP she's okay for is Starlight, since I have read that a bunch of times and could remember when she appeared. Well seeing as PCA had closed, and people have to start to join other projects. I think that PC will become like it. Evryone is going to join! Is there any point in making new members join as apprentices? I know I'm kinda new but yeah, what do you think? There is going to be a rush of people. Well, we've had several new members, but not a huge rush. And the reason PCA has apprentices is to accomodate for people learning to make chararts, then when they are good, graduating to warrior; you don't really need to 'learn' how to edit pages, so I'm not sure an apprentice rank is necessary as of yet. But it is a bit tempting to add, just to sort out the new members a bit. I'm not sure, what is everyone elses' opinion on this? insaneular Talk 11:22, April 2, 2010 (UTC)
True, but we have a lot of warriors now. Maybe (and this is a big maybe-please tell me if I'm stepping out of line ;D) Porject Characters could take on a new resonsiblity? I don't know what but yeah-just a thought! Making the new members apprentices would teach them about gradings (see how I messed up on Cherrykit) and what to say in their edits. Don't worry, I'm not going to get mad at you for making a suggestion. I actually think we shouldn't make apprentices here now, as we're starting to work at reviving the Adopt-a-user project, which will help a lot of people learn how things work. Yeah, I don't think we need apprentices here. If someone makes a mistake, we can simply point that out. :)

The Ancients[]
If I am correct, the Ancients are the Ancient Tribe of Rushing Water... right? If so, couldn't we replace the The Ancients in the Character Box with Ancient Tribe of Rushing Water? Ruinpaw I was trapped like a mouse in TwolegPlace... 17:37, April 5, 2010 (UTC)
Also, a question completely unrelated to this, but in the opening sentance of an article (The description) is there a period at the end or no? (EG...)

I think we should keep it just at the Ancients, sense I believe it wasn't confirmed, only thought of by the characters, that they were the ancestors of the Tribe of Rushing Water. Vicky might have confirmed this, but I can't remember exactly. As for the opening sentence, I've always seen them with a period at the end. Skyfeather 17:50, April 5, 2010 (UTC)

Didn't Jayfeather say that they were the Tribe to Lionblaze? And Rock was supposed to be Healer previously, wasn't he, because he went to the Moonpool? It says he is introduced to Firestar in a gathering during A Dangerous Path; has anyone read that lately? Because I can only find one gathering at the beginning of the book... Generally, the articles stay in present tense, but I know we get a few that are past. It isn't written down, but I think the overall rule is that articles are in present tense. I've always done them like that. Skyfeather 13:04, April 10, 2010 (UTC)

I noticed this in the last two silver nominations, and I'm saying this now so it does not become an issue. Recently, there have been a few 'nay' votes in the voting process, and while we welcome your opinion being said, we are trying to avoid any nay votes. Thus, the reason for the whole nomination process. Instead of waiting until the vote goes up, please voice any objections you have beforehand so we can fix it and prevent any red votes.
