I made Copperpaw. If you see that it looks like Bouncepaw, it's because imodeled it off of Bouncepaw, just like I modeled Lionblaze off of Squirrelflight. Feel free to comment. --Mallinois TC 20:13, 7 May 2009 (UTC)

Copperpaw is dark ginger, while Bouncepaw is just plain ginger. Perhaps make her a little darker and blend the highlight a little more. --Bramble Bramble's Realm 21:01, 7 May 2009 (UTC)

I made it too light, and I can't change the color. --Mallinois TC 21:29, 7 May 2009 (UTC)

Putting her back up. Any tips besides color change?--Mallinois TC 21:44, 7 May 2009 (UTC)

Beautiful! Good job, Mallinois! GB57 23:23, 7 May 2009 (UTC)

Snowkit - Approved

Poor deaf little Snowkit. Carried off by a hawk before he could contribute to his Clan. I really felt bad for him, so here is his picture. --Bramble Bramble's Realm 21:18, 7 May 2009 (UTC)

everythings fine, but maybe the eyes can be a brighter blue.Sandwich989

Bramble, this is ready. The eyes are actually fine, Sandwich. Any other comments before approval?

Seriously, Bramble, if we show people your art, you'll be leader in no time. GB57 23:15, 7 May 2009 (UTC)

The eyes look fine to me. I say it's ready. --DarkHallows Lair 00:25, 8 May 2009 (UTC)

Nettleclaw- Approved

[IMAGE RELOCATED] I don't like him as much as Honeyfern, but here he is. Eye color wasn't specified, so I just chose randomly.--DarkHallows Lair 00:11, 8 May 2009 (UTC)

No offense, but it looks like he's got cracks in him or something.. Like he's a cat statue, and he's cracking. -- 01:28, 8 May 2009 (UTC)LightningstarLST not logged on

Those are tabby marks. Any other comments before this excellent pic is approved? GB57 01:43, 8 May 2009 (UTC)

Can the tabby marks be blurred any more? Other than that, I love this pic. You're getting really good at this, Darkie ;). Your art's beautiful. --Bramble Bramble's Realm 02:07, 8 May 2009 (UTC)

I tried, but it looked like a blurry mess. I tryed to upload it even, but it's not showing up.--DarkHallows Lair 04:11, 8 May 2009 (UTC)

Leave it like this then. It looks fine. --Bramble Bramble's Realm 19:54, 8 May 2009 (UTC)

I like this but I think the ears needs a touch more pink colour - it's slightly grey now. Good work Darkhallows  Sandy Talk! 08:46, 9 May 2009 (UTC)

It's grey on purpose, look up gray tabbies. But I can change it if you want me too.--DarkHallows Lair 00:03, 10 May 2009 (UTC)

The tail looks very.... regular? Make it more random. Then this will be ready for approval. -- Dawnfeather  05:17, 10 May 2009 (UTC)

Randomized the tail, for some reason it looks like it blurred outside the lines a little- it's not. I've check over and over in my GIMP, nothing there... --DarkHallows Lair 03:58, 11 May 2009 (UTC)

It looks good. I think this should be aprroved. -- Dawnfeather  06:25, 11 May 2009 (UTC)

Nettleclaw.warrior His stripes have been bothering me, a lot. So I had to fix that xD.-- Darkhallows  Lair 23:35, 27 August 2009 (UTC)

It looks great, except something is bothering me about the stripes... maybe you could vary their thickness a bit? I really like the style of tabby markings though! --♫ insaneular ♫ 21:56, 28 August 2009 (UTC)

(M) - I really like this! Try doing what Insaneular suggested, and vary the length of your markings. Mosswhisker & Steatlhfire 17:43, 29 August 2009 (UTC)

I fiddled with the stripes a little...-- Darkhallows  Lair 05:34, 31 August 2009 (UTC)

Ivykit - Approved

I coloured Ivykit a while ago and have bene waiting for my Whitethroat to be approved. Now that it is here she is :)  Sandy Talk! 12:50, 8 May 2009 (UTC)

This is really pretty. I can see nothing wrong with it. --Bramble Bramble's Realm 19:56, 8 May 2009 (UTC)

I had an Ivykit, but this one is much better. The eyes would look better green, though. I think they're green on the cover of Fading Echoes. --MsT C 20:00, 8 May 2009 (UTC)

Oh yes. I do agree with that. --Bramble Bramble's Realm 02:33, 9 May 2009 (UTC)

Thank you. I originally had the eyes amber because that was what was written on her page, but green does look better.  Sandy Talk! 08:35, 9 May 2009 (UTC)

I like her a lot. Maybe make one of the patches extend a bit further into the belly, or add another patch because her belly looks very empty. (Maybe she's hungry! :) )-- Dawnfeather  08:15, 10 May 2009 (UTC)

Better?  Sandy Talk! 14:16, 10 May 2009 (UTC)

Ashfur - Approved

[IMAGE RELOCATED] Oh, Ashfur. You had to go all crazy. I remember when you were innocent, and you tried to protect your friend Cloudpaw from getting into trouble... oh Ashie...

Sorry, I got emotional ;). I used to love him. Any comments for improvement on him? --Bramble Bramble's Realm 02:33, 9 May 2009 (UTC)

I like the eyes, but the speckles are rather unrealistic. Perhaps they could be changed to a darker gray?? -Firebird2102

Mabe he can be a little bit darker like the one for Ferncloud is? But its really great otherwise.Sandwich989

He needs more shading and the speckles look unrealistic. -- Dawnfeather  05:53, 9 May 2009 (UTC)

Possibly more shading on his muzzle. I'm not sure if he does need to be darker because he was described as a 'pale grey (with darker flecks) tom with blue eyes...  Sandy Talk! 08:37, 9 May 2009 (UTC)

The background needs to be transparent though :)  Sandy Talk! 08:42, 9 May 2009 (UTC)

It is transparent. I did add more shading and on the muzzle, and made the speckles darker. As for them being unrealistic, I don't really see what you mean. Perhaps some tips on how to make them realistic? --Bramble Bramble's Realm 17:00, 9 May 2009 (UTC)

They look alright to me, but you could try looking up spotted tabbies (things like this are quite helpful). Nice picture Bramble.--DarkHallows Lair 22:09, 9 May 2009 (UTC)

They are evenly spaced, about the same size, and end abruptly at the belly. Maybe make them more random in size and spacing, and make them closer together. -- Dawnfeather  05:16, 10 May 2009 (UTC)

Sorry Bramble, must be my cp again...I think this is almost ready for approval...these spots are of the same style as Ferncloud's who was approved...and the image is realistic. Perhaps you could make them of different sizes though. Sandy Talk! 13:46, 10 May 2009 (UTC)

Thanks for the tips! I made the flecks more spaced out along the body, differently sized, more randomly spaced, and I tried to keep them close together. Darkhallows, I would look up spotted tabbies, but the thing is Ashfur's not really a tabby, he's a pale gray tom with darker gray flecks. Any thing else? (sorry, you can really tell I've had no experience with a flecked cat) --Bramble Bramble's Realm 14:48, 10 May 2009 (UTC)

This is beautiful Bramble  Sandy Talk! 16:19, 10 May 2009 (UTC)

Yes, I like it now. Approve it! -- Dawnfeather  08:06, 11 May 2009 (UTC)

New image is on the right, old on the left. I basically just redid it. Not much to say here... I considered blending it more, is it needed? Other comments? --♫ insaneular ♫ 20:23, 29 August 2009 (UTC)

This is done with my permission. :) The jaw shadow needs to be lighter and blended more.. a bit more shading on his chest as well. He's very good. --Bramble My Realm 21:06, 29 August 2009 (UTC)

I agree with Bramble, the chest shading, well, I can't really see it, and the jaw shading, I can see it too much! Just blend it more. -- ^_^Peacesong  Peace is here..... 21:23, 29 August 2009 (UTC)

Reuploaded, and changed what you specified. Better now? --♫ insaneular ♫ 04:21, 30 August 2009 (UTC)

Can you change the ear pink so it's like the old version colour? This one looks very purpley Sandy~Dragonkit's Forest 11:49, September 3, 2009 (UTC)

Reuploaded and changed the ear pink. I tried to get t as close as I could to the old one. --♫ insaneular ♫ 13:30, September 3, 2009 (UTC)

Breezepelt - Approved

My first attempt at a charart. I'm not sure if this is any good but I went ahead and uploaded it. Criticism welcome. Sf '95 19:42, May 13 2009 (UTC)

This is really => good! Probably the best black-pelted cat drawn yet! I can't think of anything that might need touching up. Maybe, unless the others disagree, you could darken the eye a bit and blur in the ear. -Firebird2102

This is good Skyfeather :) I think it could do with some more shading on the chest, belly and head but the bcak shading is great! Also, I'd quite like to see a white highlight in the eye to brighten it up but it's not necessary :) Good work  Sandy Talk! 20:04, 13 May 2009 (UTC)

This is a good start, but it needs more shading on the head and belly, plus the ear pink needs to be bigger, and the eyes look red. Try using a more browinsh colour to touch up the eye. Plus if this is the best black-pelted cat made, I like Hollyleaf better (Of course I do-I made her!) --MsT C 20:06, 13 May 2009 (UTC)

Reuploaded Added more shading and changed the eye around like you suggested, Sandy. And made the ear slightly bigger, I'm really not good at them. Sf '95 20:58, May 13 2009 (UTC)

This is ready for approval, other than the fact that the ear is too bright. -- Dawnfeather  09:32, 14 May 2009 (UTC)

Changed the ear color so now it's darker. I saw the color on Nightcloud and it matched with a black cat well. Sf '95 20:41, May 14 2009 (UTC)

I think the ear is definitely the right colour now but could possibly be blended a bit at the edges of the pink...  Sandy Talk! 18:46, 15 May 2009 (UTC)

Reuploaded Blended the ear some more; is there anything else I can do? Sf '95 19:24, May 15 2009 (UTC)

In my opinion this is ready for approval - best black cat I've seen in a while Sandy Talk! 20:03, 15 May 2009 (UTC)

I really do like this, and you've done a great job with it, Skyfeather, but in my opinion this looks dark gray, not black. If you look at Nightcloud she's much darker and it looks black while you can still see the lineart.

I mean no offense; I just don't want a visitor looking at Breezepelt's charcat and going, "Hey, it says he's black, but he's gray!" This is just my opinion. --Bramble Bramble's Realm 21:38, 15 May 2009 (UTC)

I kind of saw that as well, but it's a bit too late for me to change that without completely redoing it and I could redo it but I'm afraid it won't turn out as well. Sf '95 21:53, May 15 2009 (UTC)

I don't know...if you look at the Hollyleaf image that was accepted as a black cat, it isn't any darker than this - in fact I'd say it is a lighter colour. Also, Breezepelt isn't going to be pure black necessarily because he shares genes from both Nightcloud and Crowfeather who is only dark grey...  Sandy Talk! 08:49, 16 May 2009 (UTC)

Hollyleaf's color was the best shadable black color I could get. Mabye SF had the same problem. --MallinoisHerding Talk 12:30, 16 May 2009 (UTC)

I know that Mallinois which is why I think this should be approved  Sandy Talk! 13:31, 16 May 2009 (UTC)

The main reason why I didn't go darker is because I didn't want the outline to blend in. I suppose I could have gone a bit darker, though. And thank you for your support everyone! Sf '95 15:23, May 16 2009 (UTC)

Never mind then, Skyfeather. This does look beautiful and I'd say it's ready for approval. --Bramble Bramble's Realm 18:30, 16 May 2009 (UTC)

My first tortoiseshell, please comment. --MsT C 19:57, 14 May 2009 (UTC)

I think she's pretty, but torties tend to be a little more... smudged. Could you smear the colors a little?--DarkHallows Lair 03:26, 15 May 2009 (UTC)

I like it, but the line between the white or oragne, i can't remember, and the black on the neck should either be a different shape or in a different place. It looks awkard. The white smude above the eye does too. This is all on first immpressions. -- Dawnfeather  06:05, 15 May 2009 (UTC)

This is the best tortoiseshell I've seen Mal, well done. I think Dawnfeather's right in that the white above the eye looks weird. I know she needs to have it but perhaps it could be a little more in line with the outline, and smaller as if it is on the middle of her head between her eyes not above one of them.  Sandy Talk! 18:35, 15 May 2009 (UTC)

I took everyone's suggestions and fixed it up. I had to upload a new file though because the old one would not change when I uploaded a new version, and then it would finally change when I tried to upload it again. --MallinoisHerding Talk 19:25, 17 May 2009 (UTC)

I really like this now, I don't see anything wrong with it. Awesome job. --Bramble Bramble's Realm 01:35, 18 May 2009 (UTC)

Blackclaw - Approved

[IMAGE RELOCATED] Since Blackclaw's description is a smoky black tom, I tried to make him look smoky. And for some reason the eyes look weird to me. Any tips? --Bramble Bramble's Realm 01:16, 18 May 2009 (UTC)

Cute! I think it's ready to be approved already.--DarkHallows Lair 06:06, 18 May 2009 (UTC)

The smokiness is great Bramble! I think the problem with the eye is the placing of the black and white pixels. Try moving the white one to the far left and the black one just underneath...I dunno; that's what I normally do... Other than that I really like this.  Sandy Talk! 15:18, 18 May 2009 (UTC)

Took your advice on the eyes, Sandy, and I borrowed the color Skyfeather used for Breezepelt on the irises, and they look a ton better. Anything else? --Bramble My Realm 02:55, 19 May 2009 (UTC)

The coloring is good, so is most of the tail. But the end looks like it snapped. Look here see how it's rounded at the top?--DarkHallows Lair 07:27, 22 May 2009 (UTC)

The end of the tail looks sort of bad. I think you should round it off a bit. The ear could also be a bit darker. Otherwise, this is amazing!-- Dawnfeather  07:47, 22 May 2009 (UTC)

Agree with points above, but I must say this is really pretty and I like the color you picked for the pelt. --Bramble My Realm 16:50, 22 May 2009 (UTC)

There's nothing except small details. :) The lineart's a little smeared on his back, and under his chin there's a small cloud. Also a tiny gray pixel on his forehead near his muzzle. His color and shading is great though. --Bramble My Realm 12:13, 27 August 2009 (UTC)

Reuploaded That was my lazyily left over shading from the other version... *ashamed* lol I added transparency too. Sandy~Dragonkit's Forest 16:28, 27 August 2009 (UTC)

Lol it looks better now. 24 hrs start now. --Bramble My Realm 21:06, 27 August 2009 (UTC)

It's nice, but how come you changed the color? The new one is ok, but the old one looked a bit more...creamy.  Sparrowsong  Madly Blooming Princess 23:00, 28 August 2009 (UTC)

The old colour was very ... peach. I changed it because when you look at pictures of creamy-white cats they're normally more of a yellowy-white colour than a pinky-white colour. Sandy~Dragonkit's Forest 11:06, 29 August 2009 (UTC)

(M) - Like Sandy said, cream cats are a very light yellow - white blend. Mosswhisker & Steatlhfire 17:45, 29 August 2009 (UTC)

The tabby marking don't look very realistic. -- Dawnfeather  09:58, 23 May 2009 (UTC)

Oh Bramble... I LOVE IT! I'm probably one of Cinderpelt's biggest fans, and I really want to do her when the medcat blanks come, but this is great! I do think the shading coould be amped up on the head, though. --MallinoisHerding Talk 13:53, 23 May 2009 (UTC)

Thanks Mallinois! I amped up the shading on the head and muzzle as well as the body, as Sandy and Shimmer suggested, and I also completely redid the tabby stripes. I think they look better now. --Bramble My Realm 19:46, 23 May 2009 (UTC)

The marking's old problem was that some of them were just markings in the middle of the body. --MallinoisHerding Talk 19:56, 23 May 2009 (UTC)

Mal, you aren't in Cinderpelt's fans top ten, because I individually take out all ten spots! On the picture, the stripes look a lot better. You need some more shading just under the chin though. You need some more markings on the side of the face. I suggest refering to the image of Littlecloud in 'Cat's of the Clans' if you have it. If you don't, well then put that wavy thing in next to her eye, and a marking betwen her whiskers and her eye, on her cheek. -- Dawnfeather  07:16, 24 May 2009 (UTC)

Okay, then I take spot eleven! :D I don't think she needs more markings, i think she just needs more shading on her head. --MallinoisHerding Talk 11:53, 24 May 2009 (UTC)

I mean just those wavy lines that are on every tabby cat. I guess you can can have spot eleven...  :D -- Dawnfeather  12:38, 24 May 2009 (UTC)

I put even more shading on her head, and added markings around her eyes and general face area. Does it look better? I tried shading under the chin area, like you said, Dawnfeather, but it looked terrible so I took it out. --Bramble My Realm 21:19, 24 May 2009 (UTC)

No, it looks good. This (like so many other things) is ready for approval. How often do I use that phrase these days?  :) -- Dawnfeather  22:33, 24 May 2009 (UTC)

I think they look excellent! But the ear on in front looks round on top... not to be fickle... ::Applestar4904 16:22, 31 March 2009 (UTC)

These look pretty good. One thing did jump out though: the outline on the bottom edge of all the tails and under their chins is blurry - is this intentional? They definitely look grumpy to me! There is also something about the ears...I can't put my finger on it exactly. I think it maybe that the back of the head seems to stick out quite a lot and it looks a bit un-natural...I dunno. Perhaps that's just me. Good work though! --Sandy Leader's Den 19:00, 31 March 2009 (UTC)

REUPLOADED I made the neck thinner, changed the ear, and made the outline darker. Is it better? Applestar, I love the name! It's a pity we find nothing more about Applekit in the books after Starlight. (Sorry, a bit off topic! But while im at it, can someone help me make a sig? I don't know how to do all that HTML stuff...) Dawnfeather 08:31, 1 April 2009 (UTC)

It Looks Great! And thanks, lol ..::Applestar4904 14:45, 1 April 2009 (UTC)

Has anyone got anymore suggestions? Come on, I know it's not perfect yet! Dawnfeather 22:40, 3 April 2009 (UTC)

Hey, I know I'm not an official member yet, (at least I don't think I am) but the head seems a bit to big to me. (I should talk though, I'm terrible at drawing cats! =p)--Merlock the Wizard Lets talk 16:43, 5 April 2009 (UTC)

REUPLOADED Thanks, I appreciate the consructive critism. I only changed the short hairs co they were ridiculously out of porportion. I'm not sure whether or not to change the long hairs as well. ???? THey look better, but still a bit odd. Dawnfeather 06:31, 6 April 2009 (UTC)

Well, I think that the longhair's heads look just fine. In fact, I think they're good enough to use, but I'm not really a member yet, so I can't make that decision. XP I'm sure they'll be used though. --Merlock the Wizard Lets talk 21:22, 6 April 2009 (UTC)

The lines from mid-neck to mid-back need evening out. Darkhallows 21:32, 6 April 2009 (UTC)

???? Sorry, Darkhallows, but what? Can you explain in further detail what you mean please? ???? Thanks Merlock! I hope you're right, but if you are, it'll be in a while. I'ld be the first cat to admit that these need a lot of work, especially the short-haired ones. I'm a perfectionist, but they look weird! Dawnfeather I am of the Forest - I am of the Dawn's Radiance 10:34, 7 April 2009 (UTC)

Okay, firstly the heads of the longhaired ones are now way bigger than the shorthaired which looks strange. Secondly, they look like they ahve really fat forelegs (closest one) especially the shorthaired... Also, is there any way to further distinguish between male and female other than the eyes? --Sandy Leader's Den 14:46, 7 April 2009 (UTC)

How to tell them apart; On the long hairs, the female's fur is a little bit neater, and on the short hairs the female has a smaller line defining the shape of the chest. On both of them the front paws are slightly slimmer and there is that thing with the eyes. I don't have enough time right now to work on these, I'm going away over easter, and then im going away with my family, but I think we'll still stay at a place with internet, 'cos my brother is in his final year of school and he has a few essays to write over the holidays! I'll try and do that stuff before then tho. Dawnfeather I am of the Forest - I am of the Dawn's Radiance 06:21, 8 April 2009 (UTC)

Fair enough. Now you've pointed it out I can see there are a lot of differences! Sorry I was being unobservant! --Sandy Leader's Den 11:21, 8 April 2009 (UTC)

That's okay! I didn't really want to make them too obvious, but do you think they should be? Dawnfeather I am of the Forest - I am of the Dawn's Radiance 12:24, 8 April 2009 (UTC)

REUPLOADED. I re-adjusted the head and body porportions, and I think they look better, but they are still a bit weird. Any thoughts? I'll get around to the paws a little bit later, I haven't got time right now. Dawnfeather I am of the Forest - I am of the Dawn's Radiance 02:20, 9 April 2009 (UTC)

I am going away for a week and a half from today, just so everybody knows.  Dawnfeather  23:28, 14 April 2009 (UTC)

Sorry! What I mean is, the lines from top of the head to the back of the neck aren't as smooth as the others (I'm assuming that's where you edited them). --DarkHallows Lair 06:24, 15 April 2009 (UTC)

I've just noticed that the lineart on the shorthairs is all fuzzy around the head area--Sandy Leader's Den 12:38, 25 April 2009 (UTC)

I know. I'm struggling to fix them, but my efforts are so bad so far that I haven't yet posted any of them. The short haired ones look so bad, I think I'll just fix up the longhaired, and then edit those into shorthairs, using my current shorthairs as a guide. -- Dawnfeather  07:50, 27 April 2009 (UTC)

Okay,I cleared up the lines, reajusted the head, and I think it's heaps better. Any opinions?  Dawnfeather  10:12, 3 May 2009 (UTC)

I have been working on these for a while now, but I want to know people's opinions. Do you think that, even with work, these pictures could ever be accepted? It's a pretty big thing to accept a blank, so I don't know if these will ever be up to scratch. Don't get me wrong, I want to make these offical, that was the whole point of posting them. I'm just not sure if they are, or ever will be good enough. Please post your opinions on this!  Dawnfeather  11:28, 4 May 2009 (UTC)

I definitely think these could be approved in the fairly near future. I like the longhaired ones but I think the lineart of the shorthaired needs to be slightly thicker to make them consistent with each other  Sandy Talk! 19:58, 4 May 2009 (UTC)
I agree, you could go over them with a thicker brush...--DarkHallows Lair 06:32, 5 May 2009 (UTC)

REUPLOADED I made the lines wider, but now they are too wide, even though I only changed them by a pixel. I'm really not so sure how these would work. The tail, back and ears stil look weird to me. Mind you, I am a perfectionist, and this is my own work.  Dawnfeather  06:58, 5 May 2009 (UTC)

Actually I think they look great with the thick lines, but you only did the shorthairs.--DarkHallows Lair 22:13, 5 May 2009 (UTC)

REUPLOADED I made the long-hair's lines wider.

The front shoulder is annoying me. Any ideas?  Dawnfeather  10:59, 6 May 2009 (UTC)

I see what you mean, try slimming down the females... If you want I could get some ref pictures of my cats for you.--DarkHallows Lair 02:46, 7 May 2009 (UTC)

Sorry? I don't understand you again.

Oh yeah- i can't make the background transparent. Can someone please do this for me, if it isn't too big an ask. It just won't co-operate with me.  Dawnfeather  06:12, 7 May 2009 (UTC)

Yeah, I have a habit of doing that. The front of the leg, slim the female's down maybe? Also, I can make them transparent if you want.--DarkHallows Lair 07:01, 7 May 2009 (UTC)

Thanks Darkhallows. I mean the shoulder, not the leg. I'll try what you said anyway.  Dawnfeather  07:16, 7 May 2009 (UTC)

REUPLOADED. The top one is the modification of Shorthaired female. I'm not sure if it is better or not, so please post your opinions.  Dawnfeather  06:44, 8 May 2009 (UTC)

I prefer the new version. It looks more natural. --Bramble Bramble's Realm 02:33, 9 May 2009 (UTC)

Yeah, I like the new one.--DarkHallows Lair 07:57, 9 May 2009 (UTC)

To be honest with myself, I don't like either verion. Neither look right to me, and I'm going to think about withdrwing this to free me up to work on other pics. I may not though. -- Dawnfeather  03:08, 10 May 2009 (UTC)

Don't withdraw them! These are really good, and are almost ready for approval. We need more blanks, and you're doing all of us a huge favor by working on these. Don't give up now. I personally think these are ready, except for a few minor touches. --Bramble Bramble's Realm 03:39, 10 May 2009 (UTC)

Thanks for the comments Bramble, but I really can't agree. I know that we need more blanks, but I would feel bad if these were accepted because I don't think that they are good enough. I'm sure someone else could make something better. The front foreleg just plain looks weird to me. The tail and ears do to, even if I'm not sure what is wrong with them. I am very perfectionist and I don't want these to be approved if they are not perfect. As i said, very perfectionist.  ;) -- Dawnfeather  04:53, 10 May 2009 (UTC)

I changed the leg thing on all of them, including making it a bit wider. It still seems strange, but it looks a lot better. Bramble, GB, please do not approve this yet! I know you like it, but it could still be better, and I am not willing for it to be accepted if it can be better. (remember, i'm perfectionist! Maybe i should put that in my sig...) I am going to have a go at clouring one to see if they are easy to use. -- Dawnfeather  07:07, 10 May 2009 (UTC)

Please- anything I can do? I know it needs improvements. Bramble, you mentioned it needed aa few tweakings. What are they!? -- Dawnfeather  06:11, 13 May 2009 (UTC)

Something seems a little awkward about the ears, try adding a line in front of the further one (like on the warrior blanks), if you know what I mean. --DarkHallows Lair 07:45, 13 May 2009 (UTC)

I changed the ear again. Anything else? Again, I say, DO NOT APPROVE IT YET! 8O (yelling with wide eyes.)-- Dawnfeather  08:29, 13 May 2009 (UTC)

REUPLOEADED Oh! I misunderstood you! I tried that, but i'm not sure if it looks good or not, so i only did one, and put it up with the inedited ones. What do you think? -- Dawnfeather  08:51, 13 May 2009 (UTC)

It's OK! I really like it. I can't see much else wrong with them (do you want me to make them transparent?).--DarkHallows Lair 10:20, 13 May 2009 (UTC)

Please do! I have also mucked up the gender thing I think, have have piut two of the shorthaired the same gender or something. Just for future reference, are you a he or a she? Just in case you can't tell by my name, i'm a she! You said you can't see 'much else' wrong with them- what can I fix? Dawnfeather is in a rush and cannot sign in!

I fixed that. --MsT C 20:47, 13 May 2009 (UTC)

-pokes page- She. Anyway, I'll do that right now then. The only thing I can see is that on one of them, there are some blueish dots. I'm making them transparent right now. --DarkHallows Lair 03:16, 14 May 2009 (UTC)

I had to change the shorthairs to PNG, I hope you don't mind! JPG can't handle transparency. --DarkHallows Lair 03:48, 14 May 2009 (UTC)

Yep, that's fine! Oh yeah, with or without the ine infront of the ear? -- Dawnfeather  06:01, 14 May 2009 (UTC)

REUPLOADED The shorthairs are smaller than the longhairs, i'll change that. They are solid black and white (I think), i checked by increasing the tolerance as i paint-bucketed. Anything else? As I said before, and keep on saying - DO NOT APPROVE! (yet) -- Dawnfeather  06:36, 14 May 2009 (UTC)

I really can't see anything else Dawnfeather. I think they are ready. --DarkHallows Lair 09:49, 14 May 2009 (UTC)

The thing that has been bugging me most about these blanks is that i'm not sure how well the will work. I made one of Darkfoot (Either Windclan or Riverclan) . Yes, I know I blurred it, but I wanted to know what you think. Not about how the picture looks, exactly, but what can be changed in the outline to make the picture better? This is not up for approval, it is just a test (never thought i'ld say 'just' in that sentence and mean it!, but there you go) -- Dawnfeather  06:36, 22 May 2009 (UTC)

I love them ^^. The only thing I see is that the mouth is just a strait line.--DarkHallows Lair 07:00, 22 May 2009 (UTC)

I can't accept applications, we'll have to get GB here for that. I got really bored, and I don't want this to be declined while I wait for someone to give me something to do or to approve it. I made another elder image, this time it is Frostfur.

So anyway, here she is. I have now proved to mayself that these blanks will work. However, the were a much bigger commitment than I expected. I am getting really bored of waiting, so if these are not off this page within a week, I think I will just have to withdraw them and colour a few pictures before I put them back up. Sorreltail needs posting, and I wouldn't mind posting a few others after her either. Of course, that is the real reason i'm making these elders pistures, to give me something to do! I mean, I've even done my homework, and i am still bored! (I've been neglecting my homework a bit lately)-- Dawnfeather  07:07, 24 May 2009 (UTC)

Can I put the black bits in the eye to make them easier to use? I know I find it easier, especially when I was just learning how to do these. I put in an example. -- Dawnfeather  07:13, 25 May 2009 (UTC)

Tried to up the shading a bit... it's hard with texture. Thank you. --DarkHallows Lair 13:08, 18 May 2009 (UTC)

The smudginess of the image is the problem, it looks smudged all over. Try using the blurtool on this one. Great job, DH (I'll call you that from now on :) --MallinoisHerding Talk 21:13, 18 May 2009 (UTC)

It looks good, but it looks like he has a dark gray stripe running down his back and one black paw instead of shading.;)--Warrior 21:57, 21 May 2009 (UTC)

I really like this! I love the texture-ness of the fur. The only thing I would do is add some shading at the bases of his paws. Looking great! --Goldencloud 02:19, 22 May 2009 (UTC)

Tie-dyed...? Erm... how?--DarkHallows Lair 20:59, 24 May 2009 (UTC)

It doesn't look 'tie dyed' to me, just like it has a cool texture. How did you make that by the way, I love to have a go!

If you make the screen full size (at least on my computer) the siggies are all in a cool pattern! Thought I should just mention that, and edit until my post continues it! -- Dawnfeather  10:06, 26 May 2009 (UTC)

On GIMP you click on 'tools' then 'add noise' then play with the 'HSV noise'. And the you smudge, lots.

I think this is ready for approval. Are there any objections? And I don't think it looks tie-dyed really, just nicely textured. --Bramble My Realm 14:35, 26 May 2009 (UTC)

I know it may be too short of a time, but he seems to have no more concerns besides looking tye-dyed, but it looks nicely textured now. Approved. --Mallinois TalkContribs 20:12, 26 May 2009 (UTC)

My favorite leader, a noble cat, but there's no leader blanks... So I did Bluefur as a warrior, and I hope this is up to my standards. --MallinoisHerding Talk 13:56, 23 May 2009 (UTC)

I love the colour you've chosen and I can't see much wrong except that the ear pink seems to be spilling over the whole ear and needs to be more traiangle shaped. Also the highlights could be blended more, especially on the back and muzzle.  Sandy Talk! 16:09, 23 May 2009 (UTC)

It looks like to me there's to much ear pink, and it looks like its spilled out of the ear a bit.--Warrior 16:21, 23 May 2009 (UTC)

I updated, and the highlight on the muzzle is the silver tinge of lining. --MallinoisHerding Talk 16:31, 23 May 2009 (UTC)

Looks great! :)--Warrior 17:10, 23 May 2009 (UTC)

I actually think that the fur could be a bit bluer. -- Dawnfeather  22:48, 23 May 2009 (UTC)

I can't do color changes, and I tries to make it bluer after I got this colour, but then it looked unnatural. --MallinoisHerding Talk 00:07, 24 May 2009 (UTC)

Okay then. At the base of the tail where the shading is, there seems to be a line of stronger colour, away from the body a bit. Is there a reason, or is it just a 'image typo' as I'm begginning to think of them. Also, the highlights look a little weird, like the are just smudges of a lighter colour. Make them a bit darker or something. I'm not sure.

Other than that I think that these are (also) ready for approval. -- Dawnfeather  07:14, 24 May 2009 (UTC)

Yeah, the highlights look like that, and I use the lighten tool for highlights. Plus, that line on the tail is tail shading. (By the way Dawnfeather, your elder blanks should be accepted :) --MallinoisHerding Talk 11:51, 24 May 2009 (UTC)

I mean that there is a spot of darkness, but closer to the body it gets lighter. Shouldn't it be the same? -- Dawnfeather  12:40, 24 May 2009 (UTC)

Dawnfeather, I think she meant to do that for the shading of the tail.--Warrior 15:06, 24 May 2009 (UTC)

It also needs some shading between the front and back leg. -- Dawnfeather  22:35, 24 May 2009 (UTC)

Dawnfeather's right - the belly and space between the front and back legs needs shading. Other than that, this is looking good.  Sandy Talk! 11:01, 25 May 2009 (UTC)

I like this version. Everything looks very nicely blended and it's quite pretty, but you need to turn the background transparent before it's approved. --Bramble My Realm 17:40, 27 May 2009 (UTC)
