The original image was lovely in its way, but it bore no semblance to its counterparts. Don't remove the stripes! They add such a nice touch to kittypet's collars. Maybe thicken them, and this is just me, but I think you should lighten the entire collar. You're right, Wildheart, when I look at it at a certain angle it looks like there's a white V in the neck shading. Apart from that, the eye looks a little bright to me, and the ear pink could afford being a teeny bit bigger. And maybe blur the tail shading. Mossy ♫ ^{go away.}

I'm not sure if this is just your style, but my computer sees it kind of...scratchy I could say. I've noticed this with Red, so I'm assuming it's your style, but anyways, blur the shading underneath the head.
