Brokenstar was mentioned as black in BotC and at that point in time he was an elder, so I figured it would be fine to make this. I need some help with the broken tail. Ooh. Me likey! Maybe redden the earpink a bit and blur it. Perhaps darken the image, as right now it looks more dark gray than black. And change the shading on the tail; if your light source is from the front (which it appears to be) then the shading should be the opposite of what it is right now. I would still say it needs to be reddened, and the shading and highlights seem a little blochy so you can either define them more by adding more to it, or you can blur it so the viewers won't see the little blotches. I think I found the problem with this. You're saving the charart with the file extension .jpg. This tends to make the final version of any image all pixel like which is why so much of this is blurred. I agree. And try filling in a little more of the ear if possible. I would possible also blur the stripes all together because at times it seems defined as two layers. On his other images his entire back is black and he has a black chest, and the markings are smudged which they shouldn't be - his other chararts are not smudged either. Only half his chest is black. Remember, this is a different angle than the other images. As far as I'm aware, a slight texture difference is okay. Admittedly, I tried a new style, it seems I should have stuck with my old one :/. It's alright, I'm going to redo this, in the long run I think that will be easiest. Reuploaded Finally found time to upload this. After studying the earlier image with Rosepetal's other images, I redid Lone Wolf's version completely to give her the pelt color as the rest of her's. There are other programs you can use. Sumopaint is pretty good, I like it better than Pixlr, tbh (I really don't like Pixlr, the blur tool isn't strong enough). Then you could always download GIMP, which is my favorite for coloring. Well, you need to add the chest patch because on her apprentice charart it comes over to this side of her. Also, the edge of the patch on her chest is kind of sharp. Ooh, the new one still isn't showing up. I use a special method for getting rid of excess pixels in which you go on the lineart layer, dunk the background any colour, colour select the background, and click "cut". Wait, the new version can be seen as the second last uploaded version on the image's page. So just find it in there (like I said, it appears as the previously uploaded version before the one that currently shows up, and if you still don't understand what I'm saying, it's the really bright white one) and click it to view it full size. That will have to compensate until it starts working properly again. And if you have read this, can you being your post with a ~? Because I have a feeling a lot of people won't and then they're going to comment on what they see, which will just mislead me and screw up the charart.
