Well, like no, i have the one file that's his image, but i didn't do layers like a layer for his color and earpink and shaidng and stuff, and just did that on the one thing. Like I opened up the blank, and took the black, drew on his patches, filled in the patches, and then darkened the white a bit, added shading and highlights, the blurred everything, and added his eyes color. You have to save the image as an .xcf, I believe - if it's the same on Pixlr - for the layers to save. Doing everything on one layer is not a good idea. For example, what if someone asked you to lighten the patch, which I was going to? You can't just use the dodge tool, or it'd lighten the lineart as well. Lighten the white, and make the markings match the leader image more. You resized it? That's probably the problem. First off, that would be why this looks blurry, and second, the canvas size may not be the same as the other blanks from the start, so when you resized it, the canvas size matched, btu the blank didn't.
