You can, though it's uncommon. *cough* Nevermind, I don't think it is..... I was thinking of a bicolor cat. But regardless of that, the nose should still be black to match the queen. And I have to agree with dazzle, a lighter spot should be added on the side. Even if she's thin, her whole ribcage isn't flat. It'd still bump out, and therefore the light would hit it.

Re-uploaded. Made the nose black. And no, cats ribs do not stick out past their shoulders or their frontal knees. Observe this chart of cat muscels, which displays the cat's front knee falling in front of the ribs and thus casting it logically into shadow. Compare her to Mistkit, below. Imagine Mistkit is brown and the size of the healer blank. The fur texture looks exactly the same. Besides, cats aren't all one colour. There's a highlight on her back, as if the light was coming from above, but there's not one on her tail, and then there's one on her face as if the light was coming from the front.
