This is the Project Character Art Approvals PagePlace new character art for approval here. Discussions should be routed to the discussion page, while all Art Tweaks should be routed to the tweak page, and all Tweak Nominations should be routed to the nominations page.

Here are some guidelines all users must comply with Make sure to follow the guidelines The limit is 40 images, regardless if some are CBAed or withdrawn. If you exceed it, your image will be immediately declined. Your image is yours until it is archived, do not reserve a new one until yours has completed CBA and/or has been archived due to other matters. If your image has been declined due to the one month limit, you must wait two weeks to reclaim your image. This gives other users the chance to work on it if they wish. If your image has gone less than three (3) days without comments, please do not ask for comments or a CBA. It is common to go a couple consecutive days without comments before a CBA is set into place. To ask before the three day timespan has passed puts your image at risk of being declined.

She's not supposed to be white. She should be a light color, hence why she looks off-white. The base from the kittypet is #E3E5E2. I'm also gonna rename this for you, since it should be File:Honeypaw (SC).kit.png. —Jayce(00:45, 12/12/2014)

Meh that would put her back to where she is now. Just blur the edge of the shading dear, that should fix it up and save you a lot of stress. Define your light source. The left paw and main body is telling me its coming from the <--- while the right paw and tail are telling me it's coming from --->. The head could use a little bit of shading, aswell. The size itself is fine. Given that there are some pretty thin collars out there, they'd still appear "normal" sized on a kit. It's clear that this collar is too big for Millie because of how it's positioned. If it were too small, then it would probably be moved. This is also the lineart from my version of Millie's kit, and I was told that the size itself was okay to use. —Jayce(17:50, 12/14/2014)

Ok, I don't know if chararts can be done in a day, but anyway, this is my first charart! I used PAINT.NET for this one. He's so cute! How can I improve? This is my first charart, so I may not be familiar with everything. BTW, how to make background color disapperar? I had trouble with that. Hope this helps! Colour pick from one of the other Dustpelt images. Just be careful not to colour pick a shaded spot. Also with PAINT.NET, I leave the layers and save as a .pdn, then save again as a .png and that will make it one layer, making it easier to edit the waste. He's way to dark. He looks like a black cat on my screen, tbh. You can use  this to colorpick from; Because right now, he's so dark to the point i cant even see his stripes or lineart.

Use the medium brown on the bottom left as your base; while using the paler brown beside it for his pale parts.  The pink is for his ears; and the orange/yellow in the middle is for his eyes.  The darkest brown is for his stripes. Shading darkness isn't required to match across the entire image. For all we know, that paw could be in some particularly dark part. —Jayce(06:07, 12/22/2014)

Hate to spoil it for you but the cite for a torn ear is very far into Bluestar's Prophecy, and he was only a warrior for a short amount of time at the start of the book, so can you remove the torn bit of the ear? --Stealthfire star (talk) 05:59, December 22, 2014 (UTC)

Actually, the cite is because he was addressed as a senior warrior. He was never once a warrior in Bluestar's Prophecy at all. I asked about the "senior warrior" cite counting for a warrior one, since the term 'warrior' was used, and that's why he gets it. Blur the tail shading. —Jayce(06:06, 12/22/2014)
