Re-uploaded. Dulled the highlights, thickened the stripes, and lightened the face shading so you could see the face stripes. I matched the stripes the best I could, and spent about two hours on them. I even pasted the Elder on another layer to use as reference. Queens' bellies are stretched, so so is the pattern, to be fair. Thick fur does not mean long-haired. I have thicker hair, but it wasn't always as long as it is. I used to have it fairly shorter when I was younger, and it was pretty dang thick. The thickness refers to the density of the fur, not the length. Plus, you have an an image to match, and David uses the short-furred blank. —Jayce(17:20, 8/9/2014)

He's also looking a bit cross eyed... so perhaps look at other StarClan images to see where the eyes are focused. I'd define the eye depth a little more, too. Define the tail, face, and leg shading, (read: add another layer of slightly less blurred shading, it makes it a appear darker while still being on the same opacity as the original layer, give or take), and perhaps the belly shading a little more too. I fixed the charart alignment for you. Darken his texture a tad. His texture is a bit darker on his rogue image. Also, Define and add depth to his overall shading, and smudge/blur the earpink. I think the texture is a bit too thick, thin it out and have a bit more of it, and make sure it flows with the direction of the fur, not just going straight across the body. Duck, it only auto-aligns if you're not using source mode. It never aligns for me and I only use source. Visual is sometimes a pain in the rear and that's what auto-aligns it. Visual mode is nasty as heck and I hate it lmao source mode is the best thing ever. While I'm commenting, it appears that there are random patches of shading that have vanished or look like they've been erased.. also darken the ear pink a bit as it doesn't quite match the shade used on the rogue. —Jayce(21:54, 8/14/2014)

okay, on his other images he has a very light layer of lighter gray texture under his dapples and a very light layer of darker texture under his dapples, he also needs tiny specks hthroughout the image, I achieved it by using a bristle brush on size 10, but you can probably just use a size 1 or 2 and add them throughout. -Ducksauce 22:38, August 13, 2014 (UTC)
