When Making Images[]
Espicially when you're new, look at other cats of the same color. Read tutorials. With the release of the new book we have a lot of new players uploading chararts. That's great! But remember, there is no way you can get accepted if you just use the bucket tool in MS Paint. It might be hard at first, but you'll get there! I wish I had a copy of my first Spiderleg image around to show you how fast a person can improve (oh gosh, that was back in... Jan 09. I feel old!). Imagine a grey warrior black with a redone eye and two white circles as shading, that was my first image. Most of all, have fun! Don't do charart if it stresses you out! To add to that, when you reserve a charart, you have a week to post it in the talk page, so there's no huge rush. Experiment with different styles and find the one that works for you. Stripes Alt?[]

You don't need to ask to do a charart; just reserve it on the reservation table as long as no one else has it.
