Make the ear-pink deeper, thin the shading and blur it a lot. It appears blotchy to me for some reason, even though it probably isn't. The highlights are too bright and in unrealistic areas. As said by Oblivion, there's some blurd lineart. Also, it looks like you may have used pure black as opposed to dark gray for the spots, and thicken the shading and maybe add some highlights. Any user can withdraw an image whenever they want by changing the title from "(Character Name (Rank)) - For Approval" to "(Character name (Rank)) - Withdrawn (or withdrawing)." You don't have to get permission to withdraw an image. However, if you withdraw an image, it's likely that another user will want to take over the image for you and finish what you've started.
