Erica

On this thread (only viewable to forum members, though), an editor named Erica sat through and answered some questions, including some about herself. She's an editor for all three series, but if any more information on her is released during the Q and A, could a page be made for her? Queen Beebs 00:48, August 10, 2013 (UTC)

I believe that as long as she's involved with the series, a page should definately be created for her. However, I'm not sure if the Warriors forums are trustable are not - However I believe that it's the truth (afterall, not everything can be questioned. Life itself could be an illusion. o3o). Considering that the Warrior forums aren't exactly the most viable source of information. I think we should wait to see if the information is actually correct, and then if more information is released on her, then a page could be made. Sound good? Erica's been mentioned before, however. Most notably is how her and Vicky often "argue" about which cats are to die and things like that, and a perfect example is Foxleap. I mean, I think perhaps a mention somewhere is a good idea, as she does play a part in some of the events that have happened in the series, and she clearly is still actively involved with it, and has been for the past many years. —Jayce(23:08, 8/11/2013)

November FA

Hi guys. It's time to think about the November FA! I was thinking of maybe Tui Sutherland, or maybe Warriors App (though the trivia section could use a reference or two, if I'm not mistaken). Since we are going by the two month cycle for now, if anyone wants to talk about switching it to a one month cycle at some point, feel free to do so. Getting stuff done

As most of you probably already know, PCA is currently closed (temporarily). Before it reopens, this is a good chance to get some work done. Seeing that we have quite a few pages with started status, I think it be good to get all of our pages to a minimum of bronze status. Considering that the project is small, if that is too large of a goal, then I would suggest getting all persons articles to bronze, with decent biography and having most things cited. So, thoughts and suggestions?  Stoneclaw 20:29,1/2/2014

Bookstores

Hi! I was just thinking, and an idea came up in my head - maybe a page could be made featuring different types of bookstores where you can buy Warriors books. I mean, say if a user came up and wanted to know good places you can purchase warriors books, and I think we should provide that information. Thoughts?  Stoneclaw 16:39,8/11/2013  

It would take a lot of work, as they sell Warriors books in other countries besides America, and shops might go in and out of selling warriors. It is a great idea though. Amber ^{The One and Only} 17:26, August 11, 2013 (UTC)

I actually really like this idea, we could possibly have sections for different countries, and then subsections for different bookstores, like Barnes & Noble, Books a Million, etc. But I think this is an amazing and great idea, that would help people. -Ducksauce 18:30, August 11, 2013 (UTC)

We could also do a section for the books you can only get on the Internet, like Amazon. Give links as well, to the store's website (if they have one). I think we should do this, imho. This is a brilliant idea, however, there are billions of book stores that may or may not sell Warrior novels. If we were only to list the major book stores, it would seem quite like advertising, and if we were to start a list of the smaller book stores, then it would almost require us to list every single book store that does sell Warrior novels. Also, what information would be listed? It may be noteworthy to have a page about the publisher company HarperCollins, but I'm not too solid on the idea of having a page for book stores. Well, I think B&N should at least have a mention somewhere, they have their own book that you can only buy on their website or in the store. The page about HarperCollins is also a good idea, and perhaps list like the basic information, and perhaps a minor list of other popular books that are published by them? Who knows? Thinking about, there would be lots of bookstores and it would be difficult to achieve. A HarperCollins page could work as it is the publisher. And maybe B&N should be mentioned or something, but that could also count as advertising.  Stoneclaw 23:05,8/11/2013  

If we make a page just for Barnes and Noble, then that would basically be advertising. It's already mentioned on that page that it's a Barnes and Noble exclusive, and I think it's best to leave it at that. Considering the fact that there are lots of reality articles that need to be worked on, and that it would be very difficult to list all the bookstores would be extremely difficult, I've realized that maybe the idea should not be implemented, or maybe set aside for the future. I was actually kinda wondering why we never had a page for HC to begin with. I mean, it is' the publisher, and they're the ones who send Vicky on tours. And I actually never said to create a page for them, but perhaps mention them somewhere? HarperCollins definitely needs a page. There's enough information and they're an important part of making the series. It seems a little bit like a lot of work - as there are tons of bookstores out there - some bigger, some smaller. And even the big ones may not sell Warrior Books, so if someone were to go look at a specific store, they may find that their favorite kitty books aren't there. Maybe we should have a warning or something if we go with that idea, but definitely Harper Collins. And if Harper Collins has a list on their site where you're likely to find warrior books then maybe that could be included. Appledash ^{the light of honor} 21:26, May 6, 2014 (UTC)
